Mother's Day / Father's Day

The kids' daycare always does something really sweet for the parents on their respective day (Mother's Day/Father's Day).  This year, TJ's teachers asked us to take pictures with him individually.  You can see he didn't want to cooperate for either one :)  My goodness how cute is he though??

Cousins

Libby doesn't get to see her cousin Mason enough but when they do get to see each other, they make it count. 

Our Princess

The school/daycare that Libby and TJ goes to holds a "prom" for the 2 oldest Pre-K rooms each spring.  This was Libby's first time going and the theme was Princesses and Pirates.  Aside from the little boys all having swords and chasing each other, it was beyond adorable and fun.  It made me flash forward to when Libby will go to school dances.  All of the girls would squeal and check each other's dresses out.  Then they would bop and dance together in circles while the boys all hung out together until a girl dragged them out into the middle to dance with them.  The moms stood around with their eyes sparkling from a little tear knowing the kids are growing up too fast.  The dads thought their wives were insane.  It was one of the most adorable, fun evenings we have gotten to have with our little princess - who HAD to be Cinderella of course.  I can't wait to see what is in store for next year's prom!

Future Cardinal?

TJ discovered a baseball bat at Mimi and PopPop's house this past week and during the egg hunt today, he wouldn't let it go.  In fact, he totally missed the egg hunt (his first ever to participate in) and just ran around with the baseball bat.  Will he always be interested in baseball or is he just interested in the destruction it can cause?

Kiddos

The kids are so much fun.  They really make each day a little different and more interesting and fun.  TJ is 19.5 months olds now and Libby is 4.5 years.  Each are growing a little bit more each day and TJ is starting to try to talk in full sentences.  He has absolutely no problem telling us what he wants.  Libby is a little momma.  She loves taking care of everyone and is just the sweetest thing on the planet.  They are my pride and joys.

iPad

TJ loves the iPad.  He screams for it.  He runs for it.  He grabs it any time he can.  What would he do without it?

Hair

Well I finally got enough guts to cut my hair and give myself a grown up look. I like it a lot because I can still let it air dry and not have to spend the time blow drying it. Although, I like the look of it straight too so I might have to find time to do that soon :) Here are some pictures.
