Libby and my niece, Zoe's, birthday are 4 weeks a part. To save some time, money and energy for us and our families we decided to do a joint birthday party for our families this year. Of course the theme was princess and the girls had a blast. It was adorable! I cannot believe how much they have changed over the years.
What I found really funny is how much they are like sisters...look at them checking each other's cupcakes out!
Libby and TJ love yoga time at school. I found the one that Libby uses in her classroom on youtube and they both had a ball. It was, what I always say, adorable :)
and here is the yoga video. I highly recommend it!
It's become tradition that for each birthday, they get to have me all to themselves and do anything they want to do. I started it with Libby's first birthday and luckily have been able to do it ever since. Last Friday I spent the day with TJ. I couldn't do the Friday before his birthday but was able to do the one after. We started out by going to Breadco for bagels. We had sat down for about 5 minutes before TJ had decided he had had enough of this! So onto the zoo we went where we explored and got to see more animals than I have seen in a long time. The day was gorgeous, the zoo was packed, and TJ and I had so much fun! He eventually got tired and fell asleep on the way home. After he woke up we went grocery shopping. I thought Libby was the best grocery shopping partner but how can this little guy not be in the running? Then we ended up playing outside for about an hour before going to collect his big sister at school. We had so much fun! Cannot wait till next year!
We got TJ a trampoline for his 2nd birthday. Eventually we got all of the kinks worked out and when TJ got on it for the first time, it made EVERYTHING worth it. He just loved it so much! Every day is a bouncing day now in the Ski house!
